A large part of our business is creating Show Homes for Developers and Investors not only in the UK but also in Europe and Turkey.

Show Home furniture packages are loosely based around our Mini-Fit furniture packages, but also include the necessary bedding and display items to create a simple show homes ready for re-sale. A boon if you have an empty property here or abroad that you wish move on.

This service includes the procurement and laying out of all furnishings ready for sale, inventory and photographs for your records.

This is an ideal way to be one step ahead of the others.

How our Services can help the Developer.

In many cases we work along side developers helping them with their projects by being their UK interface. By this we mean that the developer can still offer his shopping services to buyers but can also offer our services to those who really have not got the time or the inclination to spend their valuable time and energy shopping. At Janes Furnishing Solutions we:

Visit the client at his home - to build up a relationship and learn about his or her likes and dislikes. By doing this a huge amount of time is saved later on.

The developer has more time to develop and do what he does best whilst we take on all the day to day business of what we do best - furnishing packs.

We are the UK Interface between client and developer.
